An asbestos clearance inspection involves one of our asbestos experts objectively inspecting a worksite where asbestos removal activities have occurred. This certificates is a written statement from us that affirms a specific area where asbestos removal has taken place is now clear of visible asbestos containing materials and debris and is safe to reoccupy.

Regulations state that an independent company must be used to issue asbestos clearance certificates.  We therefore cannot issue certificates for our own jobs however we can provide this service for other asbestos removal contractors/builders.  Our experts are fully insured to appropriately and legally provide clearance certificates.
